Lancet Inspection & Assembly Machine - LIAM This is a sophisticated stand-alone machine designed to assemble one medical “lancet” assembly in 3.3 seconds using a combination of motorized and pneumatic robotic axis.
The LIAM features a vision inspection to verify and correct the needle height protrusion after insertion, and then the needle bluntness. A "Mafu” spring detangling machine is also integrated to the LIAM. |

Cartridge Inspection, Marking and Packing Line - CIMP A complete inline 4 stage production line designed to load, inspect, mark and pack LIVE 9mm cartridges.
The process starts with loading cartridges onto an indexing conveyor using 6 vibratory bowls. Cartridges are then indexed to the inspection station where our in-house vision software inspects the cartridges.
Passed cartridges are then indexed into the marking station where they are LASER marked with a unique identification code. The final process involves off loading the munitions into boxes, also assembled on the line, which are then sealed and presented for manual inspection. Live munitions require intrinsic safe design. |

Cartridge Weighing, Measuring Machine - CWMM A complete inline four stage production line designed to “load, weigh, measure the form, and present for final manual inspection” LIVE 9mm cartridges.
The process starts with loading cartridges onto an indexing conveyor using 2 high capacity vibratory bowls. Cartridges are then indexed to the weighing station which checks the individual weights and reject or accept accordingly. Passed cartridges are then indexed into the “True Form” verification station where they are individually inserted into gauges and checked for length and form. The final process involves off loading onto a inspection line where the manual inspected. Live munitions require intrinsic safe design. |
