Eisuke Kojima
Chief Executive Officer
Eisuke Kojima holds a degree from Keio University (1998) and began his career at Kanematsu Corporation, where he specialized in the global sales and application support of semiconductor test equipment. His early exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing technologies, combined with international assignments in Singapore and California, laid a strong foundation in both business and technical operations.
He played a central role in the strategic acquisition of Seiko Epson’s IC Handler division and was a founding member of NS Technologies Inc., a company focused on high-precision IC handler development and manufacturing. As Chief Production Officer, he was responsible for building the end-to-end production framework — including production planning, supplier integration, and quality assurance. He also led the Customer Relations team, bridging product performance feedback with continuous engineering improvements.
His hands-on experience in factory operations, supplier qualification, and automation system integration has shaped his practical leadership style. In October 2024, he joined Getech Automation Pte Ltd, and since January 2025, he has served as CEO, driving the company’s growth in high-mix, high-precision equipment manufacturing for the electronics and semiconductor sectors.
Lance Phua
Chief Technology and Manufacturing Officer
Lance began his career with Getech Precision Pte Ltd in 1989, shortly after graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. From the outset, his strong technical aptitude and dedication stood out, earning him a permanent position with Getech Automation upon its official launch in 1991.
Demonstrating a clear trajectory of growth, Lance progressed from a technical specialist to a design engineer - an evolution that highlighted both his talent and adaptability. In 1994, driven by a passion for continuous learning, he took a sabbatical to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing and Production Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), further strengthening his technical foundation.
Upon returning to Getech, Lance advanced to the role of Senior Design Engineer and later assumed the position of Mechanical Engineering Manager. His technical leadership played a pivotal role in enhancing Getech’s engineering capabilities.
In recognition of his significant contributions, Lance was promoted to Senior Engineering Manager in 2013, taking on responsibility for the company’s three core engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Control, and Software. His leadership was instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
Building on this momentum, Lance was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2016, and subsequently advanced to the role of Chief Technology and Manufacturing Officer (CTMO) in 2025. In this strategic leadership position, he continues to shape Getech’s technological direction and manufacturing excellence, playing a central role in the company’s continued growth and success.
